Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible returns
Dietary supplements are eligible for return only if they are unopened and unused, in their original packaging, with the safety seal intact.
Opened products, or products with a broken or removed seal, are not eligible for return or refund due to change of mind, taste, or personal preference.
Incorrect, damaged, or defective products
Incorrect, damaged, defective, or materially nonconforming products will be reviewed for replacement or refund. Please contact LIFTARA as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Before sending a return
Customers must contact LIFTARA before returning anything. Do not send products directly to Amazon without our return instructions and RMA.
Customers pay return shipping unless the return is required because of an issue that is our responsibility.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Purchases made on Amazon.com follow Amazon's return policy.
